Bonita Vista Resort, a 55+ senior retirement community offers an attractive assortment of clean, comfortable, fully-furnished homes for sale year-round or for rent during the Winter Snowbird season.

All homes come with fully equipped kitchens and bedrooms, including linens. All homes include a 32-inch flat-screen TV and local TV service.

Apache Junction Mobile Homes For Sale

Once you own your home, you are responsible for the monthly lot rent of $525.00 per month. Rent includes sewer and trash collection. Water is $24.90/mo. plus usage and is charged on your rent billing statement.

Electric charges are billed directly to the homeowner through SRP. Some of our homes have natural gas.

Our policy for animals is two animals up to 30lbs each (at adult weight) per unit.

Pet owners, please be aware that although our environment is safe, we share this space with many wild insects and animals. We are always watchful for coyotes, javelinas (wild pigs), owls, and eagles, as well as scorpions and desert reptiles.

Your pets need constant supervision when outside and must be on a leash when outdoors in the park.

The number of available homes varies per season, and the homes posted on the website may not be available for the time you wish to rent. Our rentals are fully furnished and ready to occupy.

Please note: NO SMOKING OR PETS are allowed in the rental homes.
